All corporate powers are exercised by or under the authority of the Board of Directors, which controls all business and affairs of the Association. As Alternate Director, I am entitled to attend all regular and special meetings of the Board of Directors and have all rights (including voting rights) of the Director in the absence of the Director.

Being member of the Steering Committee and reporting to the CEO, my objective is to contribute to reach the budgeted sales turnover in Spain and Portugal based on the generation of business in existing and new customers, using marketing and commercial techniques, in order to offer products that contribute to the generation of value for the invested capital and the corporate image.

Founded in 2009, Landis+Gyr is one of the 8 founders (Principal Members) of the PRIME Alliance, with right votes in the Board of Directors. I was the first Secretary of the Alliance.

Telvent is a global IT solutions and information services provider that improves the efficiency, safety and security of the world’s leading companies. Reporting to the General Manager, my objective was to reach the budgeted sales turnover based on the generation of business in existing and new customers, using marketing and commercial techniques, in order to offer products and services that contribute to the generation of value for the invested capital and the corporate image.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager of La Coruña Refinery, Ancillary Services Department performed all the tasks regarding civil works, fireproofing, thermal isolation, industrial painting, industrial cleaning, etc., covered by service contracts with third party companies, and also assisted other maintenance specialties providing scaffolding, heavy cranes, compressors and any other ancillary service required.

Reporting to the Project Manager of La Coruña Refinery, I was in charge of multiple projects including different specialties (instrumentation, electricity, piping and civil works) being responsible of all the phases: estimating / budgeting, basic and detailed engineering, permits, material and equipment purchase, labour contract, construction management, payments, factory acceptance test, legalization, and site acceptance test.
