As leading IT Expert for Order to Cash processes was responsible for ensuring an homogeneous implementation of OtC process worldwide (projects in APAC, Israel and South Africa) while preparing the future implementations (Western Europe, Central Eastern Europe, Americas, Middle East, Africa).

In the role of Local Head of IT I planed, directed and managed the IT activities, service delivery and operations for Henkel in Switzerland. At the same time as IT Project Manager leaded the first implementation (Switzerland) of the future global Henkel Global Processes (Horizon project). The success of this project set the foundation for the system that will harmonize and simplify Henkel processes worldwide (in the future over 25.000 users).

Organized and moderated the Change Control Board meetings for the Order to Cash process for the CPG businesses. As IT responsible for the definition of new processes and optimization of existing ones helped to achieve a higher harmonization and integration of OtC processes for Western Europe and North America. At the same time worked in different small projects (eg. logistic allowances, segregation of duties, ...) with different levels of responsibility ranging from team member to project manager.

Worked as OtC Consultant in the successful implementation European wide processes at Henkel in Germany. Main focus was on the order entry and ATP processes for the Consumer Packaged Goods businesses.

IT Team Lead for the Order to Cash teams (SD, EDI) during the successful implementation of SAP R/3 at Henkel in Greece. Managed the complexity of implementing for all business units the Greek legal requirements (Hellenization) and the printouts in Greek language in a non-Unicode system (.NET + Adobe).

Worked as team member and leaded the SD teams during one of the first SAP R/3 Henkel Template roll-outs (Italy). Ensured that the defined process were applied in Italy for all business units or in case it was approved they were incorporated as new common template processes.

As Consultant successfully supported the German CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) business for the definition of new processes and the efficient maintenance of existing ones. At the same time I worked for the setup of Template common OtC processes for the Western Europe business and the setup of a SAP REA (recycling administration) prototype.

As a Team Lead I successfully defined and set up the Sales and Distribution processes for the Paper Mill and Corrugated divisions on a SAP R/3 system at Europa Carton AG (Germany). Leaded the creation of a SAP Business Warehouse prototype.

Successfully implemented SAP R/3 at the Jefferson Smurfit Group (Italy). Worked as Consultant in the design of European wide common processes in the Materials Management area and their implementation as first roll-out in all Smurfit plants in Italy.

Successfully implemented SAP R/3 at Sanofi-Synthélabo (Spain). Consultant responsible for Change Management and implementation of Purchase, Material Management, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution modules. Team Lead for the upgrade of MM and SD modules.

Had several consulting roles in SAP R/2 and R/3 projects in the utilities sector at Gas Natural (gas) and Grupo Endesa (electricity) ranging from assistant Consultant to Team Lead mainly in the logistic area (Material Management and Sales & Distribution) but with with exposure to other areas (Finance, Controlling or Internet Supplier platforms). Working for the companies headquarters, developing a common template, and implementing it in several subsidiaries for about 10.000 end users.
