Conducted comprehensive Risk analysis and risk assessment for hydrogen Permeation test bench and hydrogen test laboratory with FMEA analysis. 2. Identified potential failure modes and developed effective mitigation strategies. 3. Developed a new H2 safety checklist to enhance the safety of H2 permeation testing. 4. Integrated a new test environment and new test protocols for H2 permeation testing.
Responsibilities/ Tasks : 1. Preparation/development of the hardware setup for all hydrogen (H2) tests. 2. Conducting H2 tests for hydrogen-containing components and materials. 3. Independent processing of internal and customer projects. 4. Carrying out H2 tests such as H2 compatibility test/ H2 Permeation test/ H2 leakage test and so on. 5. Evaluate and analyze the test data results for the test report.
