A competent professional having 13 years of experience coordinating with consortium team members and also monitoring the subcontractor's activities on daily basis in EPC in the field of construction site based project management manpower resources control activities of Boilers like IHI and Doosan by Instructs, supervises and provides technical direction to technician teams, vendors and specialist subcontractors in the areas of Pressure parts, Piping, Refractory, Insulation, Ducting Installation and commissioning phase, system walkdown for the systems associated with their discipline as detailed by the commissioning to conduct plant pre commissioning & start-up activities together with site commissioning team, and sub-contractors activities of thermal power plant construction projects including Safety and Quality, Planning, and Billing activities and also coordinating with Design, Procurement, Onshore and Offshore, Project Management teams.
