• As part of BSS catalog team, we were responsible for validating catalog configuration for products and promotions providing to the customers. • Increased 70% of Automation Test coverage by creating new automation scripts into CITS tool using Selenium WebDriver for new scopes and reduced the manual testing time efforts which resulted in increased productivity. • Managed to check the usage and ratings for Spec increase by providing various test conditions and able to identity the differ datas based on it.

• Owned the responsibility of mParticle which was the most crucial part of the business and increased the 13% revenue in a year by increasing the quality and consistency of mParticle through all platforms • Supervised a 20-member global team for quality assurance, in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high volume of test cases, where the entire site’s code base was redeployed every two weeks. • Restructured & Minimized the communication gap and Pioneered to assist the customer support team.

• Supported to build the many web and mobile apps from scratch to deliver to clients and releases in the market for end users. • Eliminated a communication obstacle between onsite and offshore teams and achieved fast-track delivery, resulting in a 2-week release schedule. • Interacted with developers and business units throughout the Software Development Life cycle, including, including the product design phase, resulting in an increased team velocity of 10%.
