Lead Engineer for Design and Development of Interior components for Sports Car. Product Design and development of complete Seating system in coordination with supplier and cross functional team. Benchmarking of competitive vehicles Interior cockpit modules and making concepts for sports car platform. Packaging, Feasibility, Concept design of Instrument Panel components. Feasibility to use carryover components from other programs for cost savings. Supplier Meetings and coordination with internal team.

Program Management, Vendor Development, Resolving Engineering Issues related to Seating system, coordination with OEM, supplier and other cross functional team. • Workout proposal, feasibility and packaging studies using Catia V5 for ongoing design issues. • Product Design and development related activities. • Coordination with JLR UK team, work allocation to team and maintaining timely delivery. • PLM using Team Center, DMU analysis.

• Design & development of BIW parts, concept design, proposals for design changes using Catia V5 • Start part releasing in Teamcenter and WERS. • Product Design related activities, data management using Team Center. • Coordination with Ford US customer, work allocation to team and maintaining timely delivery.

Job Responsibility: • Product Development of plastic parts like Console, Trunk Trims • Creating Manufacturing drawings for various plastic parts using Catia V5. • Conducting fitment trials at Assembly line, design reviews and Customer coordination.

Job Responsibility: • Design of BIW structural parts from feasibility study, concept, packaging study in relation to BIW and other Interior components up to tooling release of CAD Data using Catia V5. • Creating Manufacturing drawings for various Parts and Assemblies. • Customer coordination, work allocation to team and maintaining timely delivery.

Job Responsibility: • As a design leader lead a team for THINK-A306 and Mahindra XUV 500 program. • Design of Seat structural parts from feasibility study, concept, packaging study in relation to BIW and other Interior components up to tooling release of CAD Data using Catia V5. • Seat Mechanism design and development like dump mechanism, tumble mechanism etc. with functional prototype. • Creating Manufacturing drawings for Parts and Assemblies.

Job Responsibility: Design, Solid Modeling, Assembly and Drafting of various Automotive components for Bus Body Structures, Front and Side Panels, Transmission, Doors and Flaps, Seats, Handles and Rails.

Job responsibility: • Responsible for Technical Support activities on Iron CAD for various clients. • Design, Modeling, Assembly and Drafting of Automotive components using Pro/E 2000i2. • Involved in interaction with the clients for Technical and Design requirements.
