In my Research, I focus on developing novel drug candidates against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Legionella pneumophila. I employ high-throughput crystallographic fragment screening, in silico studies, and X-ray crystallography to identify and analyze inhibitors of bacterial enzymes like monoacylglycerol lipase. Skilled in protein expression, purification, and characterization, I collaborate with Diamond Light Source, UK, and present findings at international conferences.

During my role as a Research Assistant, I focused on isolating and characterizing the Cocoonase enzyme to support the development of Tusar silk production. I managed laboratory supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized workspace and smooth experiment workflow. Additionally, I trained and assisted new students in laboratory techniques, helping them to navigate experimental protocols and develop their practical skills in biochemistry and molecular biology.
