Worldwide project of steering systems for futur BMW cars : o Design of mechanical parts in 3D with the CAD-system (Computer Assisted Design) Catia V5. o Creation of technical drawings with the ISO standard but also the JIS standard (Japanese company). o Contact with suppliers all around the world to assure general points. o Standardisation of parts and drawings between different projects (BMW, Renault, Daimler, Jaguar).

Final Year Project, design of a rear axle composed of fiber-reinforced composites : o Complete structure with definition of fiber orientation : design, dimensioning and evaluation. o Rigidity assessment of driving behaviour and strength calculations with finite elements method (Softwares : Catia, Medina and Abaqus). o Presentation of my lightweight design : thanks to my work, 1 kg lighter per vehicle.

Trainee in charge of convergence between the R&D and the Marketing department : o Design of digital Renderings and 3D original animations for the Marketing department : inserts in catalogues, trade shows and websites. o Development of the whole new process in each department. o Design of a website devoted to the MÄRKLIN ENGINEERING subsidiary.

Research and Development Trainee : o Programmed a macro to redefine the structure tree within the CAD-system (Computer Assisted Design) Catia V5 : time saving of 85% for designers. o Set up parameterized component and assembly group (wheel set) for the faster building of future parts : 75% time saving for the company designers. o Documentation and training about the new functionalities during meetings.

Trainee in charge of the standardisation of a new process : o Implemented a new manufacturing process of blade for huge mixer and drawings design with both the Autocad and Solidworks software programs. o Studied and created patterns devoted to the welding robots in order to replace obsolete manual welding: 50% time saving for the employees.
