Development, run and support for applicative and infrastructure scheduling for all PMI affiliates. Design the standard change management process for new implementation of affiliates. Define processes and standards and processes to ensure a smooth transition from development to run and support. Implementation of a new Control-M tool for SAP (CM) – Planning, implementation, tests and validation. Scheduling for a global project based on SAP SCM (Supply chain management), using SAP CM.

Upgrade of the scheduling tool Control-M for all PMI affiliates across the globe, in an environment of 200 Unix (AIX) and 2500 Windows (2000 and 2003) servers. Coordinate and implement the upgrade according to the ITIL processes used within the company, using the change management tool HP ServiceDesk 4.5.

Implementation and support of Autosys in an environment of 50 Unix and 10 Windows 2003 servers. Migration of the scheduling assets from Geneva to San-Antonio: • Redesign of the scheduling. • Standardization of all the environments. • Knowledge transfer to the US support teams. • Definition of the promotionof scheduled jobs between environments. Responsible to analyze the architecture, define specifications and implement scheduling from development to production of a new data warehouse service.

Implementation and support of Autosys and Control-M, in an environment of 300 Unix and 1200 Windows servers. Definition of the applicative and system backup strategy. Implementation of a version control tool for jobs definitions. Definition and implementation of jobs in SAP, Datastage, and Siebel. Administration of users in Active directory, Unix and mainframe environments. Administration of print queues in Unix, and of user access rights in Unix and Windows.

Support for standard office applications (MS Office, Lotus Notes) and proprietary applications running on Windows NT, HP-3000 and AS/400. Active in the development of a worldwide ticketing system to track issues based on Remedy, on both the process definitions (ITIL) and the design of the interface.

In charge of all technical aspects of the localization of the softwares bundled with Logitech products, like mice, scanners, cameras, entertainment devices, etc... Localizations in Danish, German, Finnish, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Norwegian, French, Swedish, Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese
