Leading global executive search program (35 positions directly recruited through headhunting), working on talent acquisition strategy, candidate pipelining, vendor management, employer branding, talent acquisition process optimisation, but also integrate talent acquisition with organisation development and talent management.

Started the development of the offices in Belux from scratch. Initiated, developed and led all the business lines, ensuring growth up to 100 consultants. Working in various business lines on turnaround management projects, reporting to CEO / CFO / CIO of the Group: - Full assignments analysing integrated organisations’ model and driving change management - Short assignments focusing on some specific aspects or projects - Working as Interim International Finance Director (M&A- crisis- change- management context) Expatriate in the Netherlands and in France. Travel rate 80%.
