I took the direction of the bar, witch was poorly managed, at the request of the owner. I rebuilt a dynamic team, worked the communication and adjusted the prices. As a result we doubled the revenues the first month.

I did the opening of this 4-star hotel, so I have been facing all sorts of unexpected situations and I had to be able to do everything in the hotel. My contract was for receptionist, but I took care of the banquets, I was in charge of the maids and the room service.

In internship under the tutelage of the F&b Manager, I assumed The leadership and the management of a team of 30 people, the 8 restaurants of the hotel resort and all their necessary resources.

In internship, I did the service in the various restaurants of the 5-star hotel resort. In charge of all the inventories of the entire resort. I served in the wedding celebration of the daughter of one of the hotel chain's owners.
