Overseeing the risk based audit approach of audit planning, risk assessment, key control testing and audit reporting: branch & subsidiaries controls in asset management, insurance and retail banking operations. Managing a group of four auditors, providing support, guidance and training. Measuring, monitoring and assessing compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements to provide assurance that La Banque Postale scheme is running in accordance with these requirements.

Establish Risk Assessment methods, analyze operational risks and pursue internal control operations achievement within top and middle managers of French or global subsidiaries (23 locations).
