Helping 27 teams, for 84 factories software’s. I've managed, trained, and developed several teams using an Accelerate, Lean, and Agile approach. I've redefined "10 Basics": Business Values, Vision, Risks, QoS, Velocity, Predictability, Steering, Cycle Time, Time to Market, etc., to improve team maturity and better serve the business. I've led development workshops, team building sessions, kick-offs, and more. I've coached Scrum Masters in their operational roles and Product Owners in their day-to-day work.

Helping 74 Data teams in a 700 stables teams programs (Poland, Sweden, Brazil, US..) I have supervised, trained, and developed several data teams using a DevSecOps approach. Supported all team members: manager, product manager, Epic Owner, Business Manager, Product Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. Global program, 700 teams worldwide (Sweden, India, Poland, US, UK, Brazil, etc.) "Stable Teams" model, DevSecOps, a mix of SAFe, Spotify, UnFix, SoS, etc.

Helping many fiber trains (building fiber deployment tools) in a SAFe large solution I have managed several teams in the operational implementation of a SAFe approach. I have supported Epic Owners, Business Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Managers. I have provided close support to the teams, their obstacles, and their issues, to empower them. I have worked on dependencies to streamline relationship. I have supported POs in Story Mapping, Product Vision, and US breakdown workshops.
