One year fixed term contract. Managing a team of 7 technicians. Reorganization and consolidation of the department for two production units. Results: Creation of a multi-competences team, Formalization and expansion of the preventive maintenance activities, Implementation of industrial strategy for the functional and electric safety testing benches, Integration of the R&D projects as manufacturing leaders, Process improvement, Start of new processes (IQ/OQ/PQ qualification), Leading of process FMEA.

Plant of Choceň (Pardubice district, CZ): 400 employees / Annual TO: 54 M€. 9 months: In charge of 11 production lines / 88 operators et supervisors (Czech native) / TO: 1.0 M€/month, then, 16 months: In charge of 29 production lines / 250 operators et supervisors (Czech native) / TO: 3.5 M€/month. Results: - Reorganization of the management team and start of autonomous production cells. - Start of Visual Management in the workshop. - +5% OEE improvement.

In the plant of Choceň (District of Pardubice, CZ). Managing a team of 10 local technicians. Results: - 18 projects brought to mass production condition: 54 products, 1 raw material production line: Forecasted annual TO: 36M€. - Initiation and implementation of the "lean manufacturing" rules of the company. - 2% material productivity as part of the continuous improvement plan on processes.

Manufacturing Engineering Department (Business Unit Central & East Europe) - based at the plant of Choceň (Pardubice district, CZ). Leading of plant extension Results: - Construction of a 7500 m² building, regrouping production and storage areas under one roof. - Installation of 8 production lines. - Startup of 4 projects: Forecasted annual TO: 14 M€.

At the R&D Centre at Aubergenville (Iles de France, FR). Project management from nomination till the end of the production ramp up. Results: - Developed and started up forecasted annual TO: from 1 M€ to 24 M€ per project. - Projects margins improvement of +2% to +19%.

In the plant of Aiken (South Carolina, USA). Specification, installation and startup of 2 production lines.

In the plant of Choceň (pardubice district, CZ) Technical support, productivity plan, interface between R&D Centre and plant.

At the R&D Centre (Aubergenville (Îles de Frnace, FR)) and 2 production plants (Dieppe (Haute-Normandie, FR) / Rémy (Picardie, FR)). Process engineering, industrialization & tooling department). Within the context of the engineer training in alternation – 1 week / 1 week.
