Setup of a regional PMO chartered with developing and maintaining quality processes, templates, metrics, and reporting mechanisms with the goal to implement a standard Project Management Methodology in Unified Communication Projects across all projects in the South West Europe and Middle East region AND responsible for leading international project teams in delivering large and complex multi-site systems integration projects/ programmes to high profile customers in the region SWE-MEA

Responsible for leading international project teams in delivering complex multi-discipline IT projects through all its phases and disciplines managing Siemens external suppliers, vendors and out-sourcing partners

Prepared convincing business cases by considering all effective steps of financial analysis and key selling points of a Triple Play solution. Developed a stable SIEMENS IPTV & Interactive TV porfolio for the carrier and enterprise market in the lower gulf region. Worked as “Bid Manager” in case of complex ELV tender projects with an order value of more than AED 25 mio: team coordination, partner management, quality & risk management, definition of business strategy
