Designed, developed, and delivered career services for citizens of Onslow County and a 10,000-student community college population of curriculum and continuing education students. Provided individual and group career development counseling to college students and the general public. Fostered job search skill development through creation and delivery of workshops on resume writing, interviewing, job search techniques, job offer assessment, and others.

Identifying materials management and subsequent training needs of diverse organizations numbering from 600-20,000 personnel. Subsequent study of requirements and creation/implementation of policies and procedures governing acquisition, storage, issue, inventory, recovery and control of assets valued in excess of $100 million.
