Managed an annual IT portfolio program of $1.1 million. Led a team of 6 application software developers in support of the corporate Procurement organization. Application business functions: Spend reporting, supplier sourcing, deal management, asset management, etc. Project management tool: MS Project. As a member of the project Quality Assurance team, personally assembled and organized documentation on all Y2K software management and testing tools (e.g., Hourglass) that outside contractors would use to perform HR and Payroll system Y2K remediation. Provided work direction for a Technical Writer in development of the final document. Tools used: ABT (Niku) Project WorkBench, MS Office, TSO, VM/CMS, and technical Web sites.
