Manages the delivery of customer engagements for EMC. Responsible for managing the full life cycle of projects or programs from requirements gathering through customer service handover. Acts as primary interface to the customer, vendor and all EMC personnel associated with the engagement.

The main responsibilities revolve around creating awareness of the various leaders in Identity Management products such as Oracle, Novell, IBM, CA, etc, and working closely with potential customers to determine how Wipro can best serve their unique needs.Assisted and coordinated in securing over 5 successful proposals totaling over 1 million dollars (USD) for North America clients till date.

Analyze the business needs for enhancement required for TOST (Turnaround and Outage Schedule tool) which is a web based tool recording global Shell refinery and unit maintenance downtime. Took part in the preparation of Requirement gathering documentation, user acceptance testing.

Delivered solutions that assess,plan,architect and design,and implement technology solutions for enterprise wide heterogeneous IT environments to meet business requirements including Change and configuration management, service level and problem management, capacity and performance management,cost and risk management, etc.

Client :Microsoft-Troubleshooting and support functions: Worked with MS Windows operating systems providing resolutions to home and home office users across North America.Promoted to the "Tech Escalation Desk" where in primarily responsibility was to perform troubleshooting of computer systems and related equipment for front-end support official's unresolved cases.Performed software installation & provided hardware support for Microsoft computer help desk assisting users with problems and solutions.
