You’ll mostly find me creating awesome content to show the world what RED is all about, poking around on social media (which I do A LOT…) and talking to people about RED, building relationships with a whole host of external partners, and thinking up ideas to keep RED at the top of the ‘Cool Places To Work’ list*. I like to keep a hand in hiring people for RED, so I also spend time working with the internal recruitment team to make sure our interview and on boarding processes are up to scratch.
