Ask any happy couple about what keeps their relationship and they will more than likely tell you it is based off of healthy communication. My therapy practice is in Mission Valley of San Diego. I focus my counseling on helping couples build healthy communication to strengthen the connection and attachment in the relationship. I actively work on finding tools to help my clients understand their communication dynamic and learn new skills to connect and be securely attached.
