I joined BALDER to be part of creating a different type of Law Firm with a modern structure and change the traditional way of providing IP Services in a region such as Latin America. My Inhouse experience was of great value to learn about the importance of small details and get a big picture behind every Trademark or Patent Application. I aim to handle our client´s matters customized to their needs with creative solutions.

FSC is an independent, non-profit organization that protects forests for future generations. No more and no less than 214 million hectares of forest so far. I managed the worldwide IP portfolio and developed a brand protection strategy to combat infringements and counterfeits. We developed our guidelines for the correct use of the licensed Trademark on sales and promotional materials for more than 25.000 Certificate & License holders.
