As Manager Client Services, Key Accounts EMEA I am responsible for leading a team of Key Client Relationship Managers to ensure a sustained relationship with clients, achieve complete client satisfaction, and full leverage of our technology and services to our customers benefit. Responsible of consistently maintaining high customer retention metrics while enabling growth within the install base.

Managing a set of named accounts throughout EMEA and ensure customer retention. This spans from the implementation of Citrix Online Software as a Service solutions to the management of customer requirements into the Citrix Online organization. Working with the customer to understand the business process and their benefits and drive a long term partnership and growth in the existing customer base.

Managing the EMEA Data Quality Team based in London, UK and the TQ3 EMEA Travel Data Reporting Warehouse. The team provides data consolidation from 29 partner countries into the central data warehouse and ensures guaranteed data accuracy levels. Together with the client implementation team, we successfully completed a large number of multi-national data consolidation projects with TQ3’s growing base of multi-national customers
