Set and executed strategic direction for Disney Apparel by developing long-term growth strategies against consumer segments, franchises and non-character business including expansion of Disney’s business within Key Accounts such as H&M, C&A, Carrefour and ASDA.

Established, led and managed the European merchandising process and set overall Apparel strategies. Defined and drove seasonal European Go-To-Market and Key Account strategies for retailers including John Lewis, House of Fraser, Karstadt, Peek & Cloppenburg, El Corte Ingles and Quelle.

Led and drove the International Product Line Management process and development of range concepts including distribution strategy and product flow. Managed and executed strategic projects such as collaborations with Serena Williams and Neill Barrett. Worked closely with Key Accounts as Intersport, Decathlon, Footlocker and JD.

Bought Street- and Club-Wear brands for mail order and retail stores. Developed seasonal own brand offer for all relevant Apparel departments. Traveled to main markets including Turkey and Hong Kong.
