• Structuring AXA ART´s global reinsurance program under the consideration of AXA Group standards and Solvency II • Negotiation of renewal terms and conditions with reinsurance markets and partners (e.g. AXA Global Re) • Managing facultative reinsurance needs and driving the quoting and placement process • Organisation of marketing events to maintain, expand and attract new reinsurance capacity • Point of contact for internal and external reinsurance partners including auditors

• Underwriting (including pricing and benchmarking) in the following classes of multiregional and worldwide treaty reinsurance: property, marine, offshore/onshore energy and terrorism • Negotiation with clients and brokers to maintain renewals and to acquire new business • Prepare and conduct business trips on a regular basis to visit clients and brokers • Development of pricing and portfolio analysis tools • Induction and delegation of employees and trainees
