At Quandoo, a rapidly-growing global restaurant reservation platform, I spearheaded the setup of remote sales teams and introduced new services to restaurants across the United Kingdom. My role involved acquiring new clients and nurturing early-stage client relationships. Through market research and regular reporting, I ensured our efforts were aligned with company goals and communicated our requirements to higher management for approval.

Fundraising at The British Red Cross (BRC) in the UK requires an organised, reliable person who can represent the BRC and the people relying on the BRC with dignity and respect. The BRC is globally recognised and everyone that speaks on their behalf does so knowing that they act as an ambassador for the cause. As a Team Leader for the BRC I was responsible for my team raising enough funds for the organisation, to allow them to provide emergency-aid in areas that relief.

Here I played a key role in building connections between the UK and other countries through education and cultural exchange. As an English language teacher, I was responsible for teaching sports, art, and English classes to students while also ensuring their safety and well-being. I'm proud to have helped students improve their pronunciation, and fluency in English and to have contributed toward them becoming more confident young adults generally.

I played a crucial role in driving profitability and growth for their Russian location. I trained new sales team members to ensure they had the skills and knowledge to succeed. Additionally, I sought out potential clients. I maintained strong relationships with C-level clients to position our deVere as their preferred financial advisor. Through my efforts, I helped the Moscow office achieve its financial goals and cement its position as a trusted and valued partner to clients.

As a Senior Account Manager/Business Developer at Credico, I played an integral role in launching their Glasgow office in Scotland, enabling clients to reach a new audience. With my expertise in training new hires to sell B2B & B2C, I was awarded for excellent leadership and performance. Proud to have worked my way up from entry-level, I always bring dedication and determination to every project.
