I organize outdoor fitness instruction classes. Valley Forge Fitness holds instruction in many locations throughout the Deleware Valley. These outdoor fitness classes are designed to aid the participant in adapting to exercise regardless of the immediate physical environment .

Personal trainer. Responsible for scheduling of clients. Maintained daily progress reports for clients. Designed and implemented milestone training for each individual client.

SBBH was a pilot program within WES Horizons that focused on behavior management for at-risk youth within middle school and elementary school settings. The care coordianor is responsible for the initial assement and subsequent referal of at-risk youth for psychological evaluation. The care coordinator then works in conjunction with the therapists in assigning behavioral therapist to each individual and manages the care of each client.
