The role is key to integrate the information and coordinate the work of the Change Team by coaching management from business & developing their skills; taking over accountability for individual and collective development of change team and the quality of their delivery; ensuring proper progress of transformation, anticipating issues; managing pace, re-prioritization of work,maximizing business team buy-in&development

The In-house Consultant is a member of the Lean Management Change Team, acting as internal consultant, playing a key role in supporting and providing guidance and training to different departments during their introduction and implementation of Lean Management. It aims to implement a new way of working to achieve higher customer satisfaction, employee engagement, efficiency and continuous improvement.
