Responsibility for business development and deployment of IKEA's B2B solutions towards external WMS. Supporting Product Managers in developing the product roadmap. Managing the product backlog. Acting as a subject matter expert for Product teams. Working collaboratively with other Product Owners to refine the backlog and identify dependencies to other products. Working with stakeholders to understand their needs. Engaging with Chapter Leads for resources and functional expertise required in the agile team.

My responsibility ranges from business development for IKEA's Last Mile Delivery application, its integration towards other systems, impact analysis, the leadership of the competence network and consultancy to global projects.

Responsibility for development including coordination for software releases and operations of Centiro SaaS solution. Furthermore the organisation, lead and education of the global superuser network and global Centiro related projects.

Responsibility for development, maintenance and training of IKEA's global transport management software and related customs security filings including the implementation of EDI interfaces towards shipping lines, land carriers and customs brokers. Organization, leading and training of global superuser network. Coordination with external IT service providers including test coordination for software releases.

My main tasks are Operations Development Support (analyzation and implementation of operational change requests), EDI/Web Integrations via EDI and ANSI X12 from a business perspective and international IKEA projects in the field of transportation and customs.
