To organize the financial affairs of whole branch company and foreign offices　(HK/MAUCA) to make sure that the internal financial affairs are controlled and finished smoothly. To prepare the financial management policy and overseas offices work flow of Finance Department, arrange financial duties for every personnel in Financial Department; To organize the routine of the financial department in an all-round way: Review the financial statements. Make the budget in the end of the year.
