 Preparing and filing of Central Provident Fund on monthly basis.  Follow-up with clients on a regular and timely manner to receive forecast payments, and ensure that all open invoices are paid per the agreed contractual payment terms.  Ensure all day to day petty cash and bank transactions are recorded and controlled accordingly including proper maintenance of accounting records and documents.  Bank reconciliation on monthly basis.

 Assisting with GST, CPF Filing and documentation processing to Ministry of Manpower.  Perform daily accounting operation such as G/L, A/R, A/P, month-end closing and bank reconciliation.  Prepare & Ensure that all invoices are accurately booked into the accounting system, and are supported by the required documents.  Send account statements to clients on a regular basis so as to maximize clients' awareness of the status of their accounts in terms of the amount and aging of what is owed.

 Preparing full set of accounts; Trading Account, Profit and Loss Account & Balance Sheet for auditing.  E-filing of Sales Tax and Tax Deducted at Source on monthly basis.  Preparing of Receipt and Payment vouchers.  Preparation of Monthly Report for senior level management.  Cheque preparations.  Handling daily transactions for petty cash and ensuring that bank reconciliations are updated on weekly basis.  Monitoring and updating the accounts of branches at regular intervals.
