I began as a regular Graphic designer but with the time I became the owner's right hand and end up in charge of evaluating the cost and benefits for the adquisition of new equipment, training people to use it and design the marketing strategy to the new products. Under my advise the company was able to optimize the embroidery process, implement full garment sublimation, laser cuttting and engraving and digital printing

I started as a regular production artist but after developing a piece of software in appplescript to optimize the art production the company gave me the opportunity to make new tools for the different task involving the art department then open the embroidery department which required investigation and self-training to successfully stablish the new task with software capable to achieve the quality required and with affordable cost for the company.
