• I was selected from my Department to receive training in Germany (G&D Munich) to establish a new process and open a “Personalization Area” in Mexico (Prepaid cards for portable phones, GSM codification, credit and debit cards). • Leader of the establishment of quality system ISO 9001-2000 at the Personalization Center (certification was obtained in November 2002).
