Personal English interviews and tests. -Negotiation of the salary and contractual conditions directly speaking with clients and with the candidates and following labour agreements -Responsible of contractual signature between parts

-Vacancy descriptions and performance evaluations. -Production of profiles and design of the multichannel search. -Professional selection and evaluation following Cátenon's methodology. -Presentation of the final candidates for the client in a multimedia short list. -Planning, technological adjustment and execution, in Assessment Centre’s projects.
