• Conducted Refugee Status Determination (RSD) interviews and processed asylum seekers’ claims to determine if applicants are eligible to be recognised as refugees - referred to Country of Origin Information (COI), international humanitarian laws • Worked with and managed UNHCR internal relations between departments • Led UNHCR campaigns targeted at processing applicants in detention facilities • Provided counselling to rejected applicants

• Assessed and determined Third Party Claims/injuries against the client (referencing the Law of Tort and Civil damages) • Provided counsel to clients against Third Party Claims • Negotiated contractual agreements with third party lawyers • Managed and organised multiple internal projects • Acted as a liaison between Allianz and clients to negotiate and determine middle grounds regarding third party claims

• Led/conducted criminal prosecutions on commercial crime including: criminal breach of trust, fraud, cheating and handling stolen property • Worked with Inspectors and instructed them on how to conduct criminal investigations • Met with complainants, defense counsels, accused and witnesses to discuss individual cases • Drafted legal submissions and conducted research regarding criminal litigation
