1. Develop new formulas for customers according to specification from commercial side 2. Set up products technical data sheets for different application SMC material 3. Organize and manage product line; set up good relationship with raw material suppliers and qualify local raw material 4. Set up S.O.P for production, supervise routine production process and daily 5S work 5. Response to customers' complaint and do troubleshooting
