1. Sourcing suitable suppliers for the project. 2. Analysis cost structure of each component. Set up a target price for each part. 3. Responsible for PPAP release of each component. 4. Advance Quality Planning for each component. 5. Responsible for cost reduction by localization, technical changing, process optimizing. Related material included: Plastic (injection) part, Stamping part, Deep drawing part, Fine blanking part, Turning part, Sintered part.

1. Sourcing and developing potential supplier. Negotiating with suppliers about the contract terms. 2. Making purchasing plan from OTS to PPAP. 3. keeping well cooperation with assemble plant, sell dept., R&D and QC dept.. 4. Analyzing the cost of parts. Negotiating with the supplier about the price. 5. Take part in developing new vehicle. Control the parts which need to be updated.
