As Manager of CollabNet's Web Store, I delivered the openCollabNet ecommerce site, leading the architecture, creating the implementation and automating the updating of Salesforce.com and financial systems. I currently lead store enhancements, new product introductions and updates. I support CollabNet's emerging open source developer network customers.

I grew Sun Microsystem's java.net open source network from 300,000 members to 400,000 members in over 4200 projects. As Community Manager for BEA's Dev2Dev CodeSamples, I connected CodeSamples with code search engines and social networking groups. As CollabNet's Manager for Developer Networks, I established and managed OpenSource, Funambol's Forge, Open Health Tools' Forge and the Collaborative Software Initiative Forge.

I initiated open source development on java.net, establishing a major on-line community for java sensor network software and receiving the Duke Award for Best Community Java Application at JavaOne. I founded an on-line developer network for the Sun RFID product. I put together customer councils, organized support for application vendors and recruited key partners. I led initiatives for RFID in warehousing, Java industrial automation and Java distributed sensor networks.

I started and led the SunTone Certification Program, Sun’s premier partner initiative for the service provider space. I qualified service providers for best practices in co-location, application and managed services. I recruited over 700 partners and completed over 100 certifications including Bell South, AT&T, BT, Verizon, Vodafone, QWest and EDS.

I won $30M of business in the first six months of delivering Sun’s client-server telephony call management platform. I initiated and led the design of the Java Telephony Application Programming Interface, recruiting Nortel, Lucent, Intel, Novell and IBM and driving adoption by the ECTF and JAIN consortia.

I led the design and implementation of an innovative object framework for integrating text-to-speech and speech recognition engines from AT&T, Centigram and others.
