Mission and Vission: "to become the most reliable and cost-effective choice for cast iron counterweights"​ Max Iron was established in 2011 to explore the international market for Shenghai Machinery, one of the largest foundries in China. To serve our customers we set up offices in Shanghai, Hongkong and Colgone. Our annual capactiy reaches 300.000 Ton. For years we have been delivering cast iron counterweights to the renowned brands such as Fendt, AUSA, XCMG, Kubota etc.

- Responsible for pricing and marketing strategy development and sales budget planning; - In charge of CRM activities for customers; - Negotiated new equipment financing and leasing solution for customers - Reached the average yearly sales of $6.5 million; - Cooperated with R&D in product CE modification and local market adaptation project;

- Offered German interpretation and translation during the testing period of new chemical plants; - Arranged and conducted intercultural communication courses for Chinese and German colleagues

- Responsible for Sales Management of home appliances in 22 shopping malls; - Monitored and analyzed orders and inventory system

- Scheduled meetings and translated technical documents
