Supervised installation of DI & copper water pipelines, valves, and meters, ensuring compliance to improve Kahramaa & QCS standards. Performed technical reviews of design documents to ensure adherence to quality standards. Reviewed shop drawings, method statements, MARs, and coordinated approvals with consultants and authorities. Coordination with contractors in QPRO systems for work completion as per QCS/Ashghal standards and requirements.

Technical support for installation of Biomedical equipment - PTS Stations, Air blowers, and Transferring units. Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment. Install pneumatic tubing system pipes as per approved drawings. Ensure a safe working environment.

Review and analyze drawings, materials, schedules of work. Materials / Work inspection to inspect with a consultant. Monitoring approval of submittals by the consultant. Performing inspection of materials delivered by different suppliers, and clients. Ensures that all works are done in accordance with the project specifications, approved drawings, contract documents, agreed-on procedures, and Method of statements. Ensures all work activities are being carried out as per safety rules and regulations.

• Identifying workplace hazards and provide effective control measures. • Conducting Job Safety Analysis for each stage of work progress. • Conducting monthly Risk Assessment programs for maintaining a good health and safety working environment.• • Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment.

Coordination and Supervision with the sub-contractors whether all water distribution and drainage pipeline ( HDPE, DI, GRP, PVC, and AC pipes) works are as per the approved standards. Expertise in the installation and changing of water meters. Responsible for reviewing Material Approval Request(MAR) Assist in Inspection and Test Plan(ITP) procedures for managing quality control and assurance. Identifying non-confirming works, generating reports and corrective actions, and coordinating responses.

Provide technical support to maintenance supervisors, specialists on equipment repair issues. Perform preventive, predictive, and routine inspection maintenance Verify equipment maintenance history, material, and inspection certifications. Provide root cause analysis for customer machinery failure. Responsible for following up with the customer with recommendations.
