* Coordinate and support implementation project for Huawei Customer in Madrid Warehouse for Supply and Chain Management. * Effects regular controls in all BU in order to assure data quality, * Proposes measures that he (she) considers to be necessary for the improvement of the quality. * Proposes and submits to the approval of the Operational Direction of new procedures or the improvement of the existing ones. * Provide a quick response to any technical and process related questions on OPS applications

* Local purchase of hard and software * Analyze and propose to Management any new IT requirements in order to assure optimum performance of business processes * Elaborate the budget: IT Investments coordinated with Head Of IT/BPQ * Control data communications costs coordinated with Head Of IT/BPQ * Manage and coach IT staff proactively * Supervise the installation and maintenance of hardware and software * Control the optimization of network and systems

* Give quickly response to any technical and process related questions on IT-OPS applications to the OPS staff. * Guarantee a smooth usage of the application and its interfaces * Assure key/end users knowledge in OPS applications * Train key/end users knowledge in OPS applications * Administrate OPS basic data (codes, user log-in…) * Take part in OPS projects. * Collect and reply OPS key/end user questions for the 1st level support. Hand over the questions in written form to the concerned 2nd level sp

* Install new servers and network components & new applications * Maintenance hardware (servers, network components, pc’s, terminals, laptops, printers, monitors, beamers, scanners, switchboard, ups and other workstation peripherals) * Maintenance base software (OS upgrades, patches, etc.) * Maintenance networking (DHCP services, QIP-IP Distribution) * Maintenance applications (new releases, etc.) * Maintenance hardware, update inventories * Upgrading of Anti-virus * Monitoring of network & systems

* Provide a quick response to any technical and process related questions on IT Applications * Assure that every user knows who their IT support is * Guarantee the smooth usage of the IT applications and their interfaces * Train the end users in coordination with HR department * Administrate basic data (codes, user log-in…) for IT applications * Hand over written queries to the concerned 2nd level support (=CC) if it cannot be resolved by 1st level support.
