Main area of focus: Private International Law. Practice include assistance and legal representation of Portuguese citizens residing in France and Germany in juridical cases where the legislation valid and applicable (only or also) involve the Portuguese legal system.

Administration law and Government regulation (land use, zoning, urbanism, environmental, municipal and regulatory authorities matters). Practice included commercial societies representation through their activity, with legal assistance in: business and commercial law, intellectual property law, real estate law, contracts, labour law and insolvency.

Practice focused in representing commercial and retail banks, superintending numerous legal processes concerning: • Consumer credit, equipment and vehicle acquisition loans, finance lease and credit card debt, • Real estate transactions, mortgages, foreclosure, • Promissory notes and • Insolvency law. Negotiate and litigate disputes in all of these subjects.

Legal representation of commercial and retail banks, managing, negotiating and litigating disputes regarding products operations and commercial lending services. Legal support to commercial enterprises accompanying matters related to: business and commercial law, insolvency law, real estate law, contracts and administration law. Responsible for procedures concerning public licenses (urbanism, environmental and administrative law).

Program of studies distinguished as a Jean Monnet Action project and planned to afford a record of academic accomplishment in European Union Law (European competition law and internal market, European Union litigation, Punitive and judicial European Law or Administrative Law of the European Union.

General Law Specialization in Public Law (European, Constitutional and Administrative Law) in the 5th year of studies.

Land-use planning and sustainable development, Urbanism, Public Contracts, Environmental Law, Economy and Finances related or with impact in the Environment and/or Urbanism, Water and Residues Law, Civil Responsibility in Environmental Damages.
