 Managed Quality System, including technicians allocated at vehicle assembling units;  Managed Environment system, including safety technicians and maintenance projects related to environmental system;  Reduced waste and customer complaints in 40% in one year of action.

 Attained ISO TS 16949 Quality System and ISO 14001 Environmental System certification;  Reduced waste in 30% and customer complaints in 70%, with implementation of daily meetings;

 Developed “water and dust” vacuum project for the Electrolux customer from initial negotiations, tools, start-up and delivery of finished product to customer;  Reorganized company’s industrial area with new production and maintenance teams.

 Managed Joinville Plant with 380 employees, preparing strategic plan for Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Quality, Logistic, Development and Administrative area;  Reversed EBITDA from negative to positive (17%) in first two years of action;  Increased market share from 45% to 65% in two years of action;  Attained 4.2% growth in annual productivity index;

 Managed Unit in Brazil, also being responsible for financial management and investments in the country;  Structured technical department in Brazil for automotive, furniture industry and construction divisions;  Transferred and developed projects from Germany, France and Spain to Brazil: injected parts for customers as Mercedes Benz, Renault and Ford; attained US$ 5 million increase in revenues.  Installed parts Injection process in Brazil.
