In charge of encompass all IT services provided by the IT Organization, ensure that all services have appropriate Operation Level Agreements (OLAs) with internal IT Suppliers and contracts with external suppliers in place to underpin the services delivered. I also was a key player on all audit processes, granting my company certifications such as: ISO 20.000, among others titles, achieving the rate of 100% of approval in IT audits in my career.

[Promotion] Received an opportunity for a new challenge on the project management team, working on daily basis with PMBok® guide. During this time I was also able to add value in project: scope, quality, time and risk management, due to my previous work experience.

Assigned to define, measure, analyze, improve and control the work done in order to perform a better work environment for the employees and improve company's profit. In my scope was included, but not limited to, define goals along with the management team, measure how we were going to achieve those goals, collect data to perform tests without impacting the production area, design projects to improve, implement the changes and monitor the results ensuring low cost changes with high profits impacts.

[International Assignment] Assigned for a CSC knowledge migration project in Toronto - Canada for 6 months where I had the opportunity to improve my technical skills on operational systems such as: AIX/Unix, Windows, Web sphere and AS/400 (Tandem), in order to transition the account knowledge to Brazil and train new the employees to perform a quality support.

[Promotion – National Assignment] Assigned to a project to structure a CSC in a new company headquarter. In my work scope was also included, but not limited to, hiring new employees (interviewing, performing group dynamics, allocating the new operators, etc), train the operational team to perform quality work, support the hardware team on configuring the work stations, managing the shift work schedule, among other related activities.

In charge for ensure systems availability for global matter customers 24x7, performed correctives solutions and improving quality to avoid recurrences.
