-Oversee and manage all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards during one of the busiest seasons of the year. -Lead and create rosters for a team of approximately 20 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. -Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels, including placing orders for kitchen supplies and merchandise.

-Developed and implemented a comprehensive training manual with instructional videos on an online platform, improving employee onboarding for over 110 staff across five store locations. -Designed and launched multi-channel signage campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement. -Redeveloped Flavor Cards, integrating allergens and awards, improving the customer decision-making process and driving enhanced consumer experience.

-Collaborated on a high-tech VFX project using cyberscan technology (110+ cameras) to digitally capture over 40 characters for Jason Momoa’s Apple TV+ original series “Chief of War”. -Conducted Lidar scanning and photogrammetry to develop highly detailed 3D VR models, optimizing visualization processes. -Produced high-quality instructional videos, improving training materials and employee learning experiences.

-Collaborated with Resso team to develop and design inside app statics and animated ads, resulting in an increase of the purchase of the premium membership. -Elaboration of design needs for nationwide campaigns that received great internal feedback and had millions of viewers. -Came up with trending content ideas inside the team for campaigns with the most famous Brazilian singers to promote their new music with Resso’s app features.
