Customer Support Engineer, for OSS platforms managing IN and Core Network elements. Simultaneous I accumulate a coach task for the same product.

Making part of OBS BSS stream on GCC Lisbon, I worked with IN and charging products. GCC Lisbon is a Global Care Center and our major task is to give support to the local companies. Occasionally we also participate in some projects working together with the local teams.

Worked in Siemens S.A., in COM (Communication) Business Unit at Mobile Service Department. I was part of the team responsible for the platforms technical support. I had, as a major responsibility, the support of IN and HLRi platforms, but also support others platforms as IM platform (instant Message), IMS (Interception Management System) platform and Radio Commander. For performing of the above tasks, I also have got acknowledge on GSM and UMTS network

Worked on Executive Department of Infrastructure as Project Manager, I was responsible for the planning of several projects of ATC (Automatic Train Control) System to be implemented, as well the correspondent cost control, getting like this Know-How on Project Management. I also participate actively in the test execution during the Service launch.

I worked in a company that among other activities supplies Telecommunication Equipment for Rede Ferroviária Nacional REFER EP (Portuguese Railways – old CP). Until January 1997, I have worked as a field support engineer, installing, operating and maintaining this equipment. After that, as the responsible for this area, I have accumulated the functions already described, and also the co-ordination of the several projects being implemented for Refer Company
