Lisbon, Portugal Reporting to the General Manager of the Mid-Market Division my primary task is pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, demos, writing proposal, etc. both for direct sales and sales within the partners' network. In direct sales my envolvement sometimes times includes the negotiation and closure steps.

Lisbon, Portugal Reporting to the Managing Director of the affiliate, my primary task was manage and expand the distribution network. Including partners' recruitment and selection, sales training, sales support and managing the overall relation. Another part of my activity included demos and solution architecture for direct sales, especially when production and logistics are the core business of the prospects.

Turin, Italy Reporting to the Managing Director of the affiliate, my initial assignment was to participate in the effort to recruit and build a distributors network, having passed from 2 to 10 in 16 months. Afterwards I concentrate on help the recently acquired distributors to develop their activity, being involved with pre-sales support and jointly account management. I also worked with direct customers in several pre-sales activities, implementation projects and account management.

Asniéres (Paris), France Reporting to the International Sales Director my major task was sales support to our affiliates in Portugal, Spain and Italy in order to release new products. Other duties included sales activities in Germany, Japan, USA and Canada either local customers or to International accounts. Paris, France Reporting to the International Sales Director, my primary job was “second level” support to affiliates and distributors. It included participate in the recruitment of new distributors, pre-sales support, training, troubleshooting and expert consulting in software implementation, mainly in logistics and production. I also did account and project management Mission in: Spain, UK, India, Morocco, Tunisia, Dominican Republic, Luxembourg, USA, Ivory Coast, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Portugal, Belgium

Berwyn, PA, USA Reporting to the North American Director of Operations, I was responsible for ERP project management and implementation assistance. With projects in several industries: dairies, bio industries, veterinary and pharmaceuticals. As an expert consultant in production, logistics and cost accounting I was responsible for define customer needs and product evolution with R&D. I did several “one shoot missions” for troubleshooting and training in US and Canada,pre-sales in US and Mexico

Lisbon, Portugal Reporting to the Technical Director, my primary tasks as Technical Manager was to build and manage a team, responsible for technical support to more then 70 customers. Our activity included installation in 5 different IT platforms, hot-line support, “ad-hoc” programming and contact with Int’l R&D team to define local needs and product evolution. As a consultant I did several ERP implementations in different industries. I also did some pre-sales activities.
