This was a mandatory internship in order to complete my master degree program. My main activities performed during this internship were: •Business case analysis for packaging equipment re-design implementation •Information maintenance in SAP •Demand and forecast analysis •Support commodity team on ad hoc activities

My main activities were: • Development of packaging for new launch programs. • Supervise and implement new processes for packaging area. • Procurement and approval of packaging designs for suppliers and customers • Autoliv Production System (Lean Manufacturing) graduated. • First packaging engineer at the facility.

My main tasks were: • Perform analysis of logistic routes for transport optimization and cost saving. • Coordinate (schedule) national transportation inbound. • Coordination for urgent shipments by FedEx including hazardous materials. • Track of KPI’s such as “On time shipping” and “Premium freight cost”

My main activities during this period were: • Collaboration to get documentation of the MMOG Q1 Ford. • Collaboration to get documentation for the Shingo Prize award. • Analysis of packaging loops. • New launches components planning assistant. • ERP Software JD Edwards EnterpriseOne supply/demand planning. • Track of “On time shipping” KPI.
