Manage and lead the Controlling, Planning and Integration department with 7 employees in Clearwater. Key accomplishments: Successful financial integration of the largest acquisition in the history of the company (purchase price of $230 million), establishing the first holistic and structured monthly tracking mechanism and process for sustainable efficiency initiatives and respective operational savings.

Manage, guide and develop the Gases Controlling team with 7 direct and 2 dotted-line employees. Key accomplishments: Coordination and quality-assurance of the monthly financial reporting and annual planning processes including reporting packages and presentations to the Executive Board level of the company, heading Finance-related projects in collaboration with regional Finance teams across the globe and with other corporate HQ functions as well as establishing standards, procedures and best practices.

Manage, guide and develop the Gases Controlling team with 7 direct and 2 dotted-line employees. Key accomplishments: Responsible for the monthly reporting package as well as the annual planning cycle for the Division Gases, optimizing Finance processes and tools along with the implementation of Finance-related projects, e.g. reporting harmonization and development of Finance dashboards.

Preparation of monthly reporting packages and detailed performance analysis for senior management, responsible for Americas during monthly closing processes and annual planning cycles, conceptual & technical development and continuous improvement of Linde’s corporate financial reporting landscape subsequent to the merger of Linde and the British Oxygen Company (BOC), execution of Finance-related projects, e.g. M&A related business cases, process baselining & benchmarking, BPO assessments etc.

Double major and specialization in International Management and Business Decision Analysis with extended studies in Operations Research, Project Planning and Logistics Management.
