Responsible for the management of Avecto's Internal Sales teams across all industry markets in EMEA and APAC. My goal is to hire exceptionally talented individuals, and work closely with them to develop their skill and knowledge with a view to enabling them to progress within Avecto's Sales team - all whilst over-delivering on targets by generating a consistent, high-quality stream of new business.

Responsible for initiating and progressing new business sales conversations across the Banking, Financial Services, and Consultancy markets in EMEA. I sought to fully understand the specific challenges faced by IT teams within some of the largest organisations in the world - and worked closely with key IT stakeholders to link these challenges with Avecto's capacity to resolve them, whilst helping them to achieve strategic goals.
