Being part of the BFSI vertical of iGate, I was selling IT services, Business Process Outsourcing, Contact Center and Consulting services to the Mortgage Industry in the USA. Mortgage Unit was a strategic focus at iGATE due to it's potential market before the credit crunch which made us change plans and strategy. As part of a change in strategy, I initiated the Global Mortgage Markets initiative which included coutries like UK, Australia, Canada and few parts of Europe like Germany and Paris.

Managing operations and the daily work flow. Worked with clients like Microsoft, JP Morgan etc. Grew the operations from 14 to 36 employees. Processes included customer support for retail banking customers, sales of credit cards, insurance schemes etc.
